Ages 1.5-3
Mommy & Me is a sweet bonding class where moms and little ones (ages 1.5–3) share the joy of movement, music, and creativity together. Guided by caring instructors, dancers are introduced to ballet basics through playful exploration, twirls, and leaps into a world of imagination.

Note: Moms may wear comfortable attire (ballet shoes encouraged).
Ages 3-4
Creative Movement (ages 3–4) is a 45-minute introduction to the joy of dance. Young dancers explore basic ballet terminology and class structure through imaginative activities, props like scarves, and playful movement. This class blends creativity with ballet foundations to spark a lifelong love for dance.

Note: Dancers must be potty trained to participate.
Ages 4-5
Ballet/Tap (ages 4–5) is a one-hour class split into 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap. As a next step from Creative Movement, dancers enjoy fun activities while beginning to focus on proper technique in both styles. This class builds a strong foundation while keeping the joy of dance at the center. an ideal setting for young dancers to further explore their passion for movement while laying the groundwork for future proficiency in these disciplines.
Ages 5-7
Ballet (ages 5–7) is a lively one-hour class where dancers grow in ballet basics, terminology, and class structure. With warm-ups, center work, and across-the-floor exercises, students strengthen technique while expressing creativity. Each class blends discipline with joy, nurturing both skill and a love for dance.

Ages 5-7
The Ballet/Tap 5-7 class offers a dynamic and accelerated introduction to dance, making them an ideal starting point for newcomers to the art form. This combined class provides a unique opportunity to explore both ballet and tap, enriching students' understanding of these two distinct dance styles.
Ages 6-7
Ballet (ages 6–7) is a focused one-hour class designed to prepare dancers for Level 1. Students strengthen their understanding of ballet terminology and class structure through warm-ups, center work, and across-the-floor exercises. With greater attention to technique and discipline, this class helps dancers transition from playful exploration into more structured training.
Ages 5-7
Primary Acro (ages 5–7) introduces young dancers to the basics of acrobatics and tumbling in a fun, energetic setting. Students practice skills like bridges, rolls, balances, and pre-cartwheels while blending movement with dance-based activities. This class builds strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive, engaging environment.

Beginning Pointe/Pre-Pointe
Ages 7-9
Ballet level 1 class introduces basic classical movements while building strength, flexibility, rhythmic skills, and artistry. Ballet vocabulary and technique is taught through barre, center floor work, and movements across the floor.
Ages 9-13
Ballet Level 2 pushes dancers to further their ballet knowledge by applying new terminology, barre work, more complex combinations in center and across the floor, as well as a growing artistry. Dancers are taught proper dancer etiquette in preparation for future dancing ventures.
Ages 11-14
This class goes beyond the basics, and begins to provide more advanced training for dancers striving for excellence in Ballet. To maintain high standards of training, all participants must be enrolled in another ballet class(es) outside of Ballet 2-3. This class is also focused on our older dancers moving from beginning ballet striving to progress to Ballet 3 quickly.
*** Note: Enrollment in Ballet 2-3 is by invitation only. Dancers must demonstrate a high level of knowledge and commitment and be enrolled in at least one other ballet class outside of this class in order to be eligible.***
Ages 11+
Ballet Level 3 pushes dancers to further their ballet knowledge by applying new terminology, barre work, more complex combinations in center and across the floor, as well as a growing artistry. Dancers are taught proper dancer etiquette in preparation for future dancing ventures and auditions. In Level 3, dancers prepare for pointe assesments if not already on pointe.
Ages 11+
**Invite Only**
Pre-Pointe 2-3 is a class that utilizes simple barre exercise to build strength and stability for dancers preparing for pointe or starting pointe. Correct posture, strong legs and feet with combinations facing the barre are essential before moving to center. Ankle strength and alignment are a main focus in this class. Therabands are used for strength exercises. Students will be expected to work on these exersices at home during the week.
** Note: Students must be enrolled in at least two ballet technique classes during the week to be enrolled in this class**

Ages 13+
Ballet 4–5 is an intermediate–advanced class for dancers with a solid foundation in ballet and mastery of Level 3 skills. Students refine technique, deepen artistry, and expand their understanding of classical ballet principles. Enrollment in multiple ballet classes is required to ensure comprehensive training. This class provides a supportive yet challenging environment for dancers to push their limits and grow in excellence.
Ages 13+
Pointe 3 is an introductory pointe class for dancers beginning their journey en pointe. Designed for students with a strong ballet foundation, this class focuses on building the strength, alignment, and technique needed for safe pointe work. Dancers will practice exercises at the barre and simple movements in the center to develop stability, balance, and confidence, preparing them for more advanced pointe levels.
Ages 13+
Pointe 4-5 a class tailored for experienced dancers with at least two years of pointe experience, capable of completing a full technique class en pointe. This intermediate class focuses on refining technique, strength, and stability while expanding skills such as pirouettes, jumps on pointe, intricate footwork, and dynamic artistry. Students will refine their musicality and expressiveness while pushing their technical abilities to new levels.

Ages 7-11
Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) is a conditioning class that builds strength, flexibility, alignment, and stability with a focus on ballet. Using exercise balls and resistance bands, dancers engage in targeted workouts that enhance core control, coordination, and overall performance in dance.

Contemporary is a dynamic and versatile dance form that blends elements of various movement styles, including modern dance, ballet, and jazz. Characterized by its fluidity, expressiveness, and emphasis on emotional storytelling, contemporary dance encourages dancers to explore a wide range of movement qualities, from flowing and lyrical to angular and percussive. This style often prioritizes creativity, authenticity, and personal interpretation, allowing dancers to convey their emotions and experiences through movement.
Ages 13+
Contemporary 4 is an intermediate/advanced-level dance class designed to further develop students' understanding and proficiency in contemporary dance techniques. Building upon the foundational elements learned in level 3, this class dives deeper into the expressive and fluid movement vocabulary characteristic of contemporary dance.

Beginning Acro introduces beginners to the fundamentals of acrobatics in a fun, supportive environment. Dancers learn skills such as cartwheels, handstands, roundoffs, rolls, and bridges while building strength, balance, and coordination. This class encourages confidence and accomplishment as students develop a strong foundation for future acro training.

Intermediate Acro builds on the foundations of Beginning Acro, challenging dancers with new skills such as one-handed cartwheels, handstand variations, aerials, and back handsprings. Students refine techniques like roundoffs and backbends while exploring front walkovers and dive rolls. This class strengthens precision, confidence, and determination as dancers advance in their acrobatic training.

Acro 3 (ages 10+) is an advanced class for experienced students ready to take their acrobatic training further. Building on the skills from Acro 2, dancers progress into more complex tricks such as advanced aerial variations, front and back handsprings, and connected tumbling passes. With a strong emphasis on strength, control, and precision, this class challenges dancers to refine their technique while exploring new levels of power and artistry.
Ages 7-9
Lyrical 1 is perfect for beginners or those building a strong foundation in this expressive style. Blending ballet and jazz with a touch of modern, dancers begin with warm-ups, isolations, and stretches to build flexibility and body awareness. Progressions across the floor develop strength and coordination, while choreography focuses on storytelling and fluid, graceful movement. This class emphasizes technique, musicality, and expression, laying the groundwork for a captivating dance journey.
Ages 9-13
Lyrical 2 is for dancers ready to deepen their lyrical expression after mastering the basics. Building on Level 1, this class refines technique, strength, and artistic interpretation. Warm-ups, isolations, and stretches enhance flexibility and control, while across-the-floor progressions introduce more complex sequences. Choreography focuses on advanced musicality and emotional depth, helping dancers blend storytelling with movement to convey powerful expression.

Perfect for beginners, this class offers an introduction to both disciplines. Students will explore rhythmic patterns in tap and learn foundational jazz techniques, all while building strength, flexibility, and coordination. With a focus on musicality, style, and technique, this class fosters a love for dance in a supportive and vibrant atmosphere. Join us as we tap into the joy of dance and jazz up our steps together!
Ages 9-13
Step into the rhythm and precision of our Level 2 Tap Dance class, where students delve deeper into the art of tap dancing. Geared towards those with some experience or those who have completed our Level 1 class, this session focuses on refining technique and expanding repertoire. Dancers will explore intricate rhythms, syncopated patterns, and dynamic combinations, honing their skills in both classic and contemporary tap styles. With emphasis on clarity, speed, and musicality, students will develop a strong foundation in tap technique while fostering creativity and expression. Join us as we tap our way to new levels of mastery and rhythmic joy!
Ages 9-13
Welcome to our Level 2 Jazz Dance class, where students explore the dynamic and expressive world of jazz dance. Designed for those with some experience or graduates of our Level 1 class, this session builds upon foundational techniques to further develop style, musicality, and performance quality. Dancers will learn a variety of jazz styles, from classic to contemporary, as they move into energetic combinations, fluid movements, and expressive choreography. With a focus on strength, flexibility, and precision, students will refine their technique while discovering their own unique flair and personality as jazz dancers. Join us as we groove, kick, and turn our way to new heights of jazz dance excellence!
