The Dance Corner Magazine
The Dance Corner is In His Image’s dance magazine, created to celebrate the people, creativity, and stories that make our studio special. Published four times throughout the dance year, each issue will give our community a glimpse into life at IHI through behind-the-scenes stories, artistic showcases, teacher and student interviews, senior spotlights, and more.
More than simply celebrating dance, The Dance Corner exists to encourage our dancers and community to recognize dance as a gift from God. Through each issue, we hope to share stories that point back to Him, celebrate the unique gifts He has given each dancer, and encourage our readers to use those gifts to shine His light.
Ruby MacLean

Ruby MacLean began dancing when she was just two years old at Audience of One dance studio in Panama City, Florida. She unfortunately had to quit dancing when hurricane Michael hit in 2018. In 2019 she moved to Tallahassee and in 2020, she began dancing competitively in Irish Dance. Ruby began dancing at In His Image in 2022 and this is her fifth year with IHI. Ruby’s favorite dance styles are ballet and contemporary. Other than dance, Ruby plays violin and she loves painting and sketching in her free time. She also sings on the worship team at her church and enjoys sharing the gospel any chance she gets. Ruby is very excited to be working with IHI as an assistant and as chief editor of The Dance Corner!
